Unplug and Play. Think More Deeply.

With Unplugged Tots, you’re not just keeping your child busy, you’re building their brain, deepening your bond, and raising a thinker who’s ready for the future.

  • Future-Proof Skills, Built Through Play

Children develop foundational skills like problem-solving, sequencing, and logical thinking, all the basics of computational thinking but in a fun, screen-free way.

    It's not just playtime, it's brain-building time.

  • Guilt-Free Screen Alternatives

Giving your family practical ways to unplug so you can create a healthy balance that works for your household.

Screens aren’t the enemy, they’re part of modern life. Every family is different, and honestly? You’re already doing your best. This just makes it a little easier (and a lot more fun!)

  • Quick, Low-Prep Activities for Busy Lives

Us parents are short on time and energy. These activities are ready to go with minimal setup, making it easy to connect with your child without extra stress or pressure to “do more.”

I’m here to help build some foundations for playing with purpose.

  • A Supportive, Trusted Voice in YOUR Corner

You get monthly guidance from someone who gets it, me. I’m a real parent and award winning educator who explains not just what to do, but why it matters. I help you feel seen, supported, and proud of your choices.

I don’t preach, instead I give you options that work with you and for you.

But Do I Really Need This?

You’re not just any parent, you’re thoughtful, intentional, and already doing your best but you may tell me…..

  • No glue guns or glitter explosions required. These activities are low-prep and designed for real life . You don’t have to channel Blue Peter presenter craft skills, or be striving for Insta perfection. The magic is in the actual journey of creating and sometimes it’s not polished or perfect but what you’re doing is giving your child the environment, opportunity and space to be creative and playful. This sets them up to explore and learn how to do things and make mistakes so that they can fail forward with you by their side instilling positive behaviours.

  • Brilliant! That’s wonderful. All I’m doing is adding another dimension, another layer to what you do within your home then. I introduce different concepts and themes, particularly around computational thinking that can support STEAM interests and beyond. It’s not about more play, but about meaningful play.

  • Each activity is quick and easy to set up about 5 minutes but it’s up to you and your child or children just how long the actual activity is. You and your child may start out doing repeating patterns with Lego blocks within 5 minutes but they may end up spending 40 minutes building a Lego mansion, complete with swimming pool and zoo!

  • Not at all. I teach the foundations of computer coding and a whole host of other skills that children of this generation will need to thrive in this tech led world. I knew questions like this would come up so I did some academic research, co-authored an article and it’s being read and cited internationally.
